Initiation only matters, Tradition only matters, lineage and claims only matter if and when you want to be able to say “This is who I learned from.”
Does that matter to you?
Then the only thing that matters is that you have met the spirits, and they have awakened you.
After all these years I finally realized the only reason my mentor taught me is because the spirits had already initiated me. My initiation into a group was only a recognition and adoption by long lost family.
Not everyone wants or needs that. Because it’s utterly irrelevant. If you are a witch, doing witchcraft, and have had that spirit contact, you’re a damn witch.
